Guidance for Parents, Carers and Visitors
At Dunham on Trent C of E Primary School we place the highest importance on safeguarding children.
We consider safeguarding to be everyone’s responsibility and we need the support of all staff, governors, parents, carers and visitors and the wider community.
Do not keep concerns to yourself, we would rather hear too many times than not at all and we are here to support every child.
If you have any concerns about the safety of our children, please inform us immediately by contacting the main school office and asking to speak to one of our designated safeguarding team.

If you have urgent concerns for a child, or suspect that a child has been abused in any way, or the school is closed you can also report a safeguarding concern to Nottinghamshire Multi-agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) by calling 0300 500 80 30. Advice and information about young people’s mental health including information on CAMHS and what the next steps to seeking support are.
