At Dunham-on-Trent Primary School we use the Twinkl Phonics Programme to teach synthetic phonics.  During our phonics sessions the children are encouraged to participate by using actions, musical phonics, singing as well as using and applying new phonemes on white boards or with magnetic letters as well as taking part in interactive activities on the Interactive Whiteboard.
