EYFS
High quality early education is important for all children. Staff in the EYFS ensure the child’s experience is the central element of the curriculum. The children’s learning is driven by their interests which requires planning to be flexible. In the EYFS the children predominately learn through play. The staff carefully plan the classroom environment to provide high quality play both inside and outside. Children also access teacher led activities which is gradually built upon throughout the year to provide a successful transition into year 1.
