VISIT TO EAST DRAYTON CHURCH

On the 27th April we visited East Drayton church with Reverend Julia to look at the history of the church and village. The children answered a quiz ,then after lunch we were treated to a musical extravaganza of instuments from the past.

TARGET NUTRITION

 

As part of this topic the children conducted experiments to show the effect that particular drinks have on the calcium on your teeth, using eggs.

Our spellings are chosen from the Year 3/4 spelling list. Some may also be words that have been spelt incorrectly when writing. Lists are created on a Friday and tested the following week.

 

 

 

 

PE

PE is on  Friday afternoon can all children have suitable kit appropriate for the Spring/Summer terms including footwear. Over the next few  weeks the children will be improving their cricket skills ready for  Milton Festival. Swimming has begun on a Tuesday  for all children in Class 3 and lasts to the end of the Summer term.
